Following some impressive performances of late, Ashley was selected to compete in the Mannheim Gala for the Under 20 Great Britain team in the 400m and the 4x400m race. She came second in the individual event, setting a new personal best of 54.01s. Ashley ran the third leg of the 4x400m relay team which also finished second, being just pipped in the last few metres for the gold. To add to Ashley's impressive performances last weekend she ran in The Nationals U20 Championships at Chelmsford again coming away with a new Personal Best and a silver medal. This was a fabulous achievement as she has been suffering with a foot injury for the last few weeks.
